Description
Hydration system for use in your life vest or kayak.
If you take longer trips and/or are a sport paddler, a hydration system is ideal. Thanks to the handy drinking tube, you no longer have to put the paddle down to drink. Most commonly, a hydration bladder is stored in the back pocket of the life vest, but you can also put it in the cockpit. The drinking tube is long enough for both options to work well.
The mouthpiece consists of a bite valve that allows the flow of water when bitten. If not in use for a longer period of time, you can simply close a manual shut-off valve to prevent water flow. If you want to separate the tube from the hydration bladder, this is easily done with a handy quick release.
The "Big Zip EVO Standard" model is available in three sizes: 1.5 liters, 2 liters, and 3 liters. A special feature of this model is the large opening at the top, which makes filling very easy. This has made it particularly popular.
Big Zip Evo is also available in the "Big Zip Evo Lumbar" version, which has a rectangular shape.
Do you want to store the hydration bladder in the back pocket of your life vest? Then check the dimensions of the back pocket to know which volume fits in it. In most cases, the 1.5 liter version is best suited.
