Then the sleeping mat integrates with your pillow's "Pillow Lock System," ensuring that the pillow stays in place throughout the night (see the video clip below). Please note that this is not a requirement, as the sleeping mat works well with all pillows. We highly recommend the Aeros pillow from Sea to Summit if you want a good pillow for your sleeping mat.
