The NRS Pilot Knife was designed as an optimal knife for emergency situations and has features that make it a perfect companion for paddling trips.
The blade is sharpened on one side only to minimize the risk of injury in an emergency. For the same reason, the tip is blunt, meaning you won't risk damaging the rest of your gear. The blade is partially serrated, making it particularly suitable for working with lines and ropes. The knife has a line cutter on the handle.
The handle is rubberized and ergonomically shaped. The underside of the handle is equipped with a tip suitable for breaking glass. The handle also has an integrated bottle opener.
The fiberglass-reinforced nylon sheath can be opened with a single hand. On the back there is a clip with which it can be easily attached to the life jacket or other surfaces.
