A sleeping bag liner is like an extra sheet that can be used alone or in combination with a sleeping bag in the warmer season. When used with a sleeping bag, you get a much warmer sleeping bag (higher R-value) while the sleeping bag remains fresh on the inside. When it's hot outside, it helps to wick moisture away from your skin for a more comfortable sleep.
It is made from a high-quality and stretchy material that dries quickly if it gets wet. It is mummy-shaped, i.e. it is narrower at the feet and wider at the top, allowing you to move freely while sleeping.
It can be easily washed in the washing machine if necessary.
