You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items sold by the meter and custom orders are non-returnable and considered final sale.

Refund Processing:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Label
To simplify the return process, we include a self-adhesive return shipping label in your package.
Simply repackage the item securely, attach the label to the parcel, and hand it over to the carrier.

Size Limitations:
Free returns apply only to packages measuring up to 150 cm in length.
For oversized items, including kayaks and paddles longer than 150cm, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
