Shipping

It depends on where you live. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive.

We use major carriers like DHL, UPS, Bring and Posti. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When we receive an order, an order confirmation is sent automatically to your email. If you have placed an order without recieving an order confirmation, please contact info@paddlespot.eu.

Send an email to info@paddlespot.eu. If we haven't shipped your order yet we will be able to cancel your order.

When your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Make sure to notify the carrier straight away and make sure that they make a note to the carrier about it. If you don't, no refund will be made from the carrier.

Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns until 30 days after you received it. You need to hand it in to the carrier within the 30 days.

No. We do not compensate any shipping costs.

Other questions

Paddlespot's main warehouse is located in Sweden. Most orders are sent from there. Since both Sweden and Germany is part of EU, no extra taxes or duties will apply. The price you pay on the website is the total price.
