The V-Eight combines Astral's patented Airescape technology with an ergonomic design featuring large mesh panels on the back. The advantage of this design is that heat from the back is not trapped inside the vest but is instead released through the mesh panels. Its design also makes it optimal for kayakers with back support in their kayaks, as the flotation foam sits high on the back. These features, combined with its comfortable fit, have made it a very popular life jacket among touring paddlers.
The size is easily adjustable at the shoulders and sides to provide you with the best possible fit. The life jacket also has space for attaching a knife and two pockets.
