This drysuit is built for long days on the water, with the details you tend to appreciate most once conditions turn changeable. It’s made from Palm’s XP 4 fabric — a high-quality 4-layer membrane chosen for dependable durability and good breathability over time. High-wear areas are reinforced at the knees, seat and elbows to handle the abrasion that comes with real touring use.
The suit closes with a premium shoulder-to-shoulder zip, making it easy to get in and out of without fuss. A stowaway hood gives practical protection when the wind picks up, and the fleece-lined collar adds comfort on colder days. The neck is finished with a neoprene seal for a comfortable fit and reliable water-tightness. Latex wrist seals help keep water from working its way up your arms while paddling, and the outer cuff can be tightened over gloves if you use them. The feet are made from membrane socks, which makes it straightforward to pull on neoprene footwear.
The double waist and spraydeck tunnel, used together with a cockpit spraydeck, help keep water out of the cockpit even in rougher conditions — a detail many paddlers value on longer trips.
A waterproof drop-seat allows quick toilet breaks without taking the suit off.
Paddlespot tip: Wear a thin base layer underneath and adjust insulation to the water temperature — staying dry is only part of staying comfortable.
