The Backbone is a sectional aluminium rail that you assemble and fit along the bottom of the kayak, underneath the inflatable floor. Once in place, it forms a defined keel line in the hull, helping the kayak hold its course and feel more settled on the water.
Available in three sizes. The right one depends on which Advanced Elements model you paddle.
