If you find yourself in an emergency or simply want to be seen in darkness or twilight, you can easily turn it on. The light is visible from up to 5 kilometers away. You can choose between a constant light and a flashing light.
There are various accessories available for purchase that allow you to attach the light to almost anything. Among paddlers, it is common to attach the safety light to the life jacket.
