Return Shipping Label

To simplify the return process, we include a self-adhesive return shipping label in your package.
Simply repackage the item securely, attach the label to the parcel, and hand it over to the carrier.

Conditions for Return Shipping

• Size Limitations:
Free returns apply only to packages measuring up to 150 cm in length.
For oversized items, including kayaks and paddles longer than 150cm, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important Notes Before Returning

• Please ensure that your item is securely and appropriately packaged to avoid damage during transit.

• Returns will only be accepted if the product is in like-new condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

• To minimize environmental impact, please avoid using unnecessarily large packaging.

IMPORTANT:
Make sure to obtain a receipt of confirmation from the carrier when handing over your return shipment.
If the return package is lost and no proof of shipment can be provided, we cannot offer reimbursement.
