A simple, purpose-built safety aid for paddle-float re-entry.
These clamps are designed to hold your paddle securely on the rear deck while you carry out a self-rescue using a paddle float. They lock automatically, and the mechanism can be released easily with one hand. The result is a secure, straightforward setup that still works when your hands are cold, or when you’re wearing gloves.
With the paddle held firmly in place, paddle-float re-entry becomes both safer and quicker in all conditions. All steel components are made from high-grade AISI 316 stainless steel. Install on a flat area of the kayak; if your deck is strongly curved, it may be better to use Kajaksport’s paddle-float attachment with article number KS410110.
