It can often be difficult to access the things in your backpack from the cockpit. Plus, the cockpit is usually full of gear and other things you want to have handy. With NRS' deck bag, that's a thing of the past, making it a must-have for all touring paddlers.
The bag's main compartment is completely waterproof and is closed with NRS' HydroLock™ waterproof zipper. This allows you to use the bag to store clothing and other items that need to stay dry in all kinds of weather.
On the outside, there are mesh pockets and elastic draw cords for cinching. Here you can store things you want to access quickly and that aren't water-sensitive. They're perfect for keeping water bottles, deflated paddle floats, sunscreen, or VHFs.
On one side of the bag is a compartment that's open on both ends. Perfect for storing your bilge pump. A rubber loop makes it easy to attach the pump to the bag.
The bag is easily attached to the deck lines of the kayak using the hook-and-loop fasteners on the bottom of the bag and the hooks at the corners.
