The Outlife canoe trolley is built with durable rubber padding and a little give at the load and attachment points to help reduce pressure on your hull. It’s a dependable, well-made trolley with a wide support stand for stable loading. The wheels are 24 cm in diameter — larger than on many standard kayak trolleys — which helps when the track gets uneven.
Place the rear of the canoe on the trolley, then lift the bow. With the weight supported by the trolley, you can move the canoe comfortably without needing a carrying partner. If you’ve got a few hundred metres to the water, or you need to portage between waterways, this is a practical tool to keep the carry under control.
If you know your boat will be pulled over rough terrain, a canoe trolley like this can make more sense than a traditional narrow kayak trolley — it’s wider, sits higher, and runs on bigger wheels.
Please note: the tyres are not fully inflated on delivery and may need topping up before use. They use the same type of valve as car tyres.
