The suit is designed with 3mm thick neoprene over the torso and 2mm thick neoprene over the arms and legs. This thickness of neoprene is the most common type and is generally considered standard among wetsuits. The reason for having different thicknesses in different areas of the suit is that the thinner neoprene allows for a higher degree of mobility, while the thicker neoprene provides additional warmth to the parts of the body that need it.
The zipper on the back is made by quality manufacturer YKK, ensuring high quality. Over the chest and back, a neoprene with a smooth exterior has been chosen to minimize the chilling effect of the wind on cold and windy days.
