Return Policy Details:

• 30-Day Window: Initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items sold by the meter or as custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
• Refund: A return is handled within 5 working days from returning to us. As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund your money.
  

Return Shipping Label

To simplify the return process, we provide complimentary return shipping. Your package includes a self-adhesive return shipping label or instructions on how to download one online. Attach it to your return package.

Conditions for Free Returns:

• Applicable for packages up to 150cm in length. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on oversized items, including kayaks.
• Exclusive to customers in Sweden. Free return shipping is not available for international returns.

Before You Return:

Ensure your item is securely packaged in its original condition to qualify for a return. You're responsible for its condition during transit. To minimize environmental impact, please use appropriately sized packaging for your returns.

IMPORTANT: It is crucial to obtain a confirmation receipt from the carrier at the time of handing over your return shipment. Failure to secure this receipt means that, should the package become lost, we will be unable to provide reimbursement.
